Is Jobnest free?— Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited application tracking, NESTAi AI coach, ATS scanner, document library, Interview Prep Hub, and developer portfolio. Pro unlocks higher AI rate limits and priority support.
Is my data secure?— Yes. We use TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, Postgres Row-Level Security (your rows are isolated at DB level), nonce-based CSP, CSRF guards on every API mutation, and SSRF protection on file imports.
Can I export my data?— Yes. Go to Profile → Export Data for a full GDPR-compliant JSON export of everything — applications, documents, interviews, AI chat history, prep hub, and salary data.
How do I delete my account?— Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. You get a 30-day grace period to change your mind. After that, all data is permanently purged.
